Position: Web and Graphic Designer/Developer
Location: Oakridge Business Park, Mandaue City, Cebu
Shift: Overnight (8:00 PM 6:00 AM PHT)
Work Setup: On-site only no work-from-home or remote option available Must be within 45 minutes of the office.

We are seeking a talented
Web and Graphic Designer/Developer to join our team! If you have a passion for creating best-in-class website designs, an expert eye for aesthetics, and a strong understanding of UI/UX, we want to hear from you. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy, collaborative environment and can deliver flawless, mobile-responsive websites, web apps, and creative designs that exceed expectations.
What Youll Do
- Develop, test, and maintain in-house responsive content websites/applications with a strong emphasis on WordPress, Figma and UI/UX.
- Work with various WordPress theme builders (Avada, Divi, Elementor, etc.) and bring business requirements to life with minimal supervision.
- Participate in planning, design, infrastructure, site architecture discussions, retrospectives, and other activities as needed.
- Possess excellent time and project management skills
- Provide quick turnaround (within 48 hours) on simple requests such as changing text or images on existing websites
- Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and traffic
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, UX/UI design, and web development
- Established background in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Possess expert-level CSS knowledge
- Develop APIs for integration with external platforms
- Identify and resolve bugs quickly, conduct regular audits for security and performance, and ensure websites remain future proof against WordPress core updates
What Were Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years of professional website design experience.
- Expertise: Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and responsive UI frameworks (jQuery, Bootstrap).
- Proven experience with modern full-stack technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX for both desktop and mobile.
- Strong experience in MySQL database management and optimization.
- Solid knowledge of SEO requirements and best practices.
- Extensive experience with WordPress development, including themes, plugins, and hooks.
- Proficient in Git and repository management.
- Understanding of unit testing and best practices.
- High proficiency in both print and digital graphic design.
- Self-motivated, driven to succeed, strong business acumen, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- High proficiency in the English language (written and verbal).
