Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations in line with company standards.
- Ensure efficient receiving, dispatching, inventory control, and reporting.
- Optimize warehouse layout, productivity, and logistics.
- Enforce security, safety, and compliance protocols.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to policies.
- Monitor and analyze logistics data to improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Improve productivity and meet organizational objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse operations and inventory.
- Safety Officer Certificate is an advantage.
- Can work well with minimal supervision.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
