Description
Position at First Sumiden Circuits, Inc.
- Bachelor's Degree, Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- With at least 2 yrs work experience in warehouse operations in manufacturing/ electronics company
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Staff Management : Supervise, schedule, train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse team; manage performance and conduct hiring.
- Operations Oversight : Coordinate receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods; ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Inventory Control : Manage stock levels, conduct counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate WMS/ERP records.
- Safety & Compliance : Enforce safety regulations (OSHA), maintain a clean workspace, and ensure equipment maintenance.
- Process Improvement : Develop and implement strategies to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall warehouse functionality.
- Reporting : Monitor KPIs, track metrics, and prepare reports for management.
