About the role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc.. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehousing and distribution facility in Binan City Laguna. This is a critical role that will have a direct impact on the efficiency and productivity of our supply chain operations.
What you'll be doing
- Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse staff, including order pickers, packers, and loaders, to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures and protocols to maximize space utilization and inventory management
- Monitor stock levels, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate inventory records
- Liaise with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination of warehouse activities
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse facility, equipment, and machinery
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Provide training and development opportunities for warehouse staff to enhance their skills and productivity
- Generate detailed reports and analysis to track warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement
What we're looking for
- Graduate of any Engineering course.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing, semicon or EMS Industry
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control procedures, and supply chain operations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficient in using warehouse management software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency in the workplace
