Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager (Cavite or Laguna) leads end-to-end receiving and warehouse operations within an electronics manufacturing environment. This role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient material flowfrom inbound receiving, storage, and multisite warehouse management to raw material kitting and on-time issuance to production. The position is responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing inventory accuracy, enabling digital and Industry 4.0 capabilities, and strengthening team capability in support of production, quality, and customer delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across all sites, ensuring strict adherence to Safety, EHS, and company policies.
  • Lead and manage all warehouse functions including receiving, put-away, storage, kitting, cycle counting, and coordination with IQC, Purchasing, and Operations Teams.
  • Manage multi-site warehouse execution, ensuring process alignment and effective communication across locations.
  • Implement, maintain, and audit 5S and housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Inventory & Process Management

  • Ensure high inventory accuracy through effective control processes, including cycle counting, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.
  • Standardize and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency, reduce non-value-added activities, and enhance productivity.
  • Assess and define future warehouse requirements aligned with Industry 4.0, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse and logistics personnel, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Foster teamwork and cross-functional collaboration in a multicultural, high-performance manufacturing environment.
  • Build capability within the team to support operational growth, process maturity, and adherence to best practices.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Own, monitor, and report key warehouse and logistics KPIs, ensuring performance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Apply data-driven analysis to identify gaps and implement process improvements using Lean, 5S, and best-in-class methodologies.
  • Recommend and drive corrective actions to improve cost, service levels, material flow, and warehouse throughput.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience within a manufacturing or electronics environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse processes, and ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience applying Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams in a fastpaced, multisite environment.
  • Willing to work onsite in Rosario Cavite or Sta. Rosa, Laguna
