Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years experience in warehouse/logistics management; chemical industry background is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of warehouse systems, tools, and equipment.
Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance with Philippine labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and returns.
Ensure strict compliance with safety laws, ISO, GWP, and company standards.
Manage inventory control systems, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate documentation.
Supervise logistics activities, including delivery trucks, shipping, and receiving.
Address customer requirements, returns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Lead repacking processes and monitor warehouse KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with QA/ISO/Regulatory departments to uphold quality standards.
Train, guide, and develop warehouse staff to enhance workflow and productivity.
