Job Description

  • Must have at least 6months experience
  • Willing to carry up to 50kgs
  • Willing to work night shift, holidays and overtime
  • Experience in inventory and FIFO
  • Complete requirements and can Start ASAP
  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City or Manila.

Responsibilities

  • Order Coordination Ensure timely preparation, scheduling, and dispatch of goods based on delivery schedules.
  • Inventory Monitoring Coordinate with warehouse staff to track stock levels and ensure correct items are dispatched.
  • Communication Serve as a liaison between warehouse, drivers, suppliers, and clients to confirm orders and resolve issues.
  • Route Planning Assign and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
  • Compliance & Safety Ensure dispatched goods follow company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
