as a Restaurant Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall store operations to achieve sales, profit, and quality targets.
- Drive sales growth through effective execution of promotions and local store initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Cleanliness, and Condition (FSC) standards at all times.
- Oversee cost management, including labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
- Ensure proper cash handling, inventory control, and loss prevention procedures.
- Lead, coach, train, and develop Assistant Managers, Crew Leaders, and store staff.
- Handle customer concerns and escalations, ensuring timely service recovery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and business permit requirements.
- Prepare and submit operational and business performance reports as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 23 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in QSR, food service, or retail operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, financial controls, and customer service standards.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
