Job Description

We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our Chowking store operations as a Restaurant Manager.

Branch: Chowking P. Tuazon

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage overall store operations to achieve sales, profit, and quality targets.
  • Drive sales growth through effective execution of promotions and local store initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Cleanliness, and Condition (FSC) standards at all times.
  • Oversee cost management, including labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure proper cash handling, inventory control, and loss prevention procedures.
  • Lead, coach, train, and develop Assistant Managers, Crew Leaders, and store staff.
  • Handle customer concerns and escalations, ensuring timely service recovery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and business permit requirements.
  • Prepare and submit operational and business performance reports as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 23 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in QSR, food service, or retail operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of restaurant operations, financial controls, and customer service standards.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
