Your Role
As a VP of IT, you will:
Lead and define the organization's overall IT strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.
Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application development functions.
Drive digital transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption, automation, and enterprise systems optimization.
Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments to maximize ROI.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT teams while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management capacity
Strong background in IT strategy, infrastructure, applications, and security
Proven experience in leading large-scale IT projects and digital transformation initiatives
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
Preferred Skills/expertise
Experience in cloud transformation (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS)
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management
Experience managing global or distributed IT teams
Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or relevant leadership credentials
