Job Description: NYGCI Services is looking for a Sr. Business Development Manager, who is responsible for driving the client acquisition in Philippines. This person will also be responsible for the development and farming of new client accounts. Deliver key strategic relationships with the intention of building pipeline and securing incremental revenues for NYGCI. Be responsible for ensuring all client program requirements.
Location: Manila, PH
Required Experience:
- At least 10 years of business development experience
- At least 5-8 years of cold calling and generating IT Professional Services leads
- At least 2 years of experience selling ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle).
- At least 1 year of experience selling AI solutions.
- 2-4 years of experience working with medium and enterprise level business-based customers.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills
- High level knowledge of IT technologies is essential.
- Optional Experience: Experience of working with global clients across APJ countries.
Responsibilities:
- Bring new business leaders, prepare proposals and close the business deal.
- Act as the primary interface between the company and the client on all matters including account performance, delivery, billing and negotiation of contract agreements.
- Actively identify new business opportunities and build market position.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with newly acquainted clients
- Meet with clients to understand business and develop new consulting opportunities.
- Solid Sales & Business Development, Revenue Generation
- Meet with Service and Solution delivery managers and other key stakeholders/personnel to understand partner procurement process.
- Create proposals and quotes, working with our Practice Director and SME's
- Establish relationship with Fortune 100 clients and help attain service contracts.
- Strong negotiation skills soliciting with executive level.
- Ensure all customer service and business development tasks are delivered on time and to a high standard.
