We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Development Executive to develop and grow VISEO's SAP and Digital Transformation business in the Philippines market. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, expanding existing accounts, and driving complex solution‑based sales in collaboration with consulting and delivery teams.
The ideal candidate has a strong network in the local Philippines market, solid experience selling SAP consulting services, and exposure to Cloud platforms such as SAP, AWS, and Azure.
Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and sales growth for SAP consulting and digital transformation solutions in the Philippines.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across enterprise and mid‑market customers.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop trusted relationships with C‑level executives, IT leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Position VISEO's value proposition in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud services, SAP BTP, and cloud‑enabled architectures.
- Collaborate closely with presales, solution architects, and delivery teams to design competitive proposals.
- Lead and participate in RFPs, proposals, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the Philippines.
- Meet and exceed revenue and margin targets defined for the market.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting in CRM systems
Profile:
- 8–10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within IT consulting or technology services
- Proven track record selling SAP consulting services (S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud, or SAP‑related solutions)
- Experience working with or selling solutions related to SAP, AWS, and/or Microsoft Azure
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end digital transformation and enterprise systems
- Solid knowledge of the local Philippines market, customer landscape, and decision‑making ecosystem
- Existing network with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of IT, Finance, and Operations is a strong advantage
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a matrix and multicultural environment
- Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
