Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2 years of specialized experience in voice network engineering and infrastructure management.
• Core Technical Skills (Must-Have): Hands-on experience with AudioCodes (SBCs, OVOC, and Media Gateways).
• Strong proficiency in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CME).
• Voice Networking: Solid understanding of call routing, SIP trunking, and endpoint provisioning.
• System Administration: Proven ability to manage voice infrastructure from design through deployment.
• Support & Monitoring: Experience in providing advanced technical support and using performance monitoring tools to ensure high-quality voice services.
• Documentation: Skilled in maintaining detailed network diagrams and configuration documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain voice network components, specifically focusing on AudioCodes SBCs and Media Gateways.
• Unified Communications: Administer Cisco CUCM/CME environments, managing complex call routing tables and large-scale endpoint deployments.
• Voice Operations (OVOC): Utilize AudioCodes One Voice Operations Center (OVOC) for centralized management and monitoring of the voice ecosystem.
