Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Ad Research & Meta Ad Library Scraping

We're looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with ad research using the Meta Ad Library. The main task is to find active ads from specific brands, scroll through the Meta Ad Library results, and collect information in a structured spreadsheet.

Responsibilities:

Go to the Meta Ad Library and search for assigned brands or pages.

Scroll through the full list of ads, including all the way to the bottom of the available results.

Record ad details in a spreadsheet, including brand/page name, ad copy, image/video links or screenshots, landing page URL, date seen, and any other requested fields.

Organize findings clearly and accurately.

Flag notable ads, repeated creatives, offers, hooks, or messaging patterns.

Follow step-by-step instructions and maintain consistent formatting.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail.

Comfortable using Meta Ad Library, Google Sheets, and basic browser tools.

Able to follow repetitive research tasks carefully.

Good written English.

Reliable internet connection.

Bonus if you have experience with ad research, TikTok/Meta ads, e-commerce brands, or competitive analysis.
