About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Management Virtual Assistant to support real estate professionals by managing leads, maintaining CRM systems, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the client journey.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain lead databases and CRM records
Respond to, qualify, and route inbound leads
Assign and reassign leads to appropriate agents
Create and manage follow-up campaigns via email and text
Monitor agent activity and track lead conversion metrics
Generate productivity and performance reports
Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and databases using Google Sheets
Coordinate CRM updates, training communications, and team announcements
Schedule appointments and support daily lead management operations
Qualifications
