Job Description


Core Function

Translate strategy into execution by managing VIP campaigns, ensuring performance delivery, and optimizing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Annual Marketing and Communications plan
  • Plan and manage VIP campaign calendar, including recall, upgrade, leaderboard, and thematic campaigns
  • Design and refine promo mechanics, bonus structures, and reward frameworks to drive conversion and retention
  • Monitor campaign performance (GGR uplift, MABD, ROI) and implement continuous optimization
  • Work closely with CRM, Data, and Product teams to enhance player lifecycle strategies
  • Ensure all campaigns are executed on time, accurately, and within platform capabilities
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient use of marketing spend
  • Manage internal communication rollouts (Lark, DigiPlus Community, campaign briefings)
  • Support Director in performance reporting, competitive monitoring and strategic recommendations

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in iGaming, online gaming, casino, fintech, or similar performance-driven digital industries, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or campaign ownership role
  • Strong marketing foundation is required; with proven experience in brand strategy, campaign planning, and customer lifecycle marketing, including marketing operations or execution
  • Background in luxury, premium, or aspirational brands (e.g., hospitality, high-end retail, banking, travel, or lifestyle) is a strong advantage, with the ability to translate this into a VIP customer experience mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to balance performance marketing with brand-led, aspirational positioning for high-value customer segments
  • Proven track record in end-to-end campaign management (recall, retention, upgrade, leaderboard, lifecycle marketing) with measurable business impact
  • Strong experience in marketing communications planning, promo mechanics design, segmentation, and behavioral triggers for VIP players
  • Familiarity with PAGCOR or regulated industry compliance frameworks is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with the ability to translate strategy into disciplined, high-quality execution
