The Role:
As our go-to editor, you'll turn raw footage into high-converting short-form content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more. You'll collaborate with our marketing team, see what performs, iterate based on data, and refine your craft with creative freedom.
What You'll Do:
- Video Editing: Create and optimize short-form ads/social clips; source and manage B-roll and stock footage; maintain organized libraries in Frame.io
- Graphic Design: Design marketing visuals, thumbnails, and social graphics using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
- Project Management: Track assignments in ClickUp, follow file organization protocols, and communicate proactively about timelines and blockers
Requirements:
- 35+ years of short-form video editing experience
- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro; mid-level Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva skills
- Experience editing Facebook/Instagram ads
- Strong fundamentals in typography, color, composition, and motion graphics
- Fluent English; self-managed and proactive communicator
- Portfolio required
Nice to Have:
- Background in DTC/e-commerce brands
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, ClickUp, Frame.io, Notion)
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics

- Computer: i7 processor (or equivalent), 16GB RAM
- Internet: 100 Mbps minimum
Schedule:
- MondayFriday: 10:00 PM 7:00 AM EST (1-hour break)
- Weekly team meeting: Thursday, 10:00 AM EST
