What You'll Do
As Vice President, Finance Shared Services you will play a central role in orchestrating the full spectrum of finance operationsranging from strategic planning cycles to regulatory submissionswhile fostering a culture of collaboration across all business units. - Oversee all aspects of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including annual budgeting cycles, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, scenario modelling, and performance insights across the group.
- Establish effective business partnering relationships across various segments to provide comprehensive decision support that enhances value creation and cost optimisation.
- Direct Group Accounting & Taxation activities to ensure accurate statutory close processes while strengthening compliance with internal controls and capital management requirements.
- Develop and maintain policies governing revenue recognition, provisioning, intercompany transactions, and chart of accounts governance to uphold financial integrity.
- Manage investor relations by coordinating disclosures calendars, preparing earnings materials such as MD&A reports and presentations, and maintaining proactive communication with analysts and market participants.
- Embed sustainability into financial planning by aligning reporting standards with ESG frameworks; ensure readiness for sustainability assurance in line with regulatory expectations.
- Supervise end-to-end close calendar governance for all reporting streams including MPR, BSR, IR reporting; lead master data governance initiatives for accuracy in reference data management.
- Implement SOX-like controls frameworks by instituting regular testing cadences, remediation plans, automation enhancements, and continuous process improvements.

- Comprehensive knowledge of ESG standards coupled with hands-on experience ensuring compliance with local regulations like Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) sustainability requirements is vital.
