About Our Client
The client is a growing shared service company based in Cebu. They support global operations with a focus on Finance.
Job Description
- Provide strategic leadership to the Global Finance COE team, ensuring service delivery by establishing governance and methodology.
- Oversee AR, AP, Intercompany, Tax, Reconciliation, and Automation operations.
- Spearhead continuous improvement and automation initiatives to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering professional growth.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization, both locally and internationally.
The Successful Applicant
- Completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- 15+ years of experience in Finance with proven leadership experience in global Shared Service Centers or COEs.
- Solid experience in change management or leading continuous improvement initiatives. Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in a Big 4 audit firm preferred.
- Strong stakeholder and people management skills.
- Amenable to flexible work hours and hybrid setup based in Lapu-Lapu, Cebu.
