About the Role:
We are looking for a UX Lead – Digital Product Design with strong UX expertise, visual design skills, and a solid grounding in user research. You'll play a key role in shaping customer-facing digital experiences, leading initiatives, driving cross functional collaboration and working end-to-end across discovery, design, testing, and iteration as well as managing several Product Designers of varying seniority.
What you'll do:
- Lead the design of intuitive, elegant, and effective digital products and services across web and mobile platforms.
- Translate business goals and user needs into clear design strategy and concept
- Challenge business requirements to drive simple, clean, effective solutions
- Become a thought leader by helping reshape Design Process within agile squads for maximum impact and efficiency
- Help plan Design Sprints and design workshops alongside Product Owners to set the team up for success
- Manage a team of Product Designers to lift Design up the stack from UI to impact
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a product designer, UX/UI designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX problem-solving, visual design craft, and research-informed design decisions.
- Comfort with both qualitative (interviews, usability tests) and quantitative (analytics, A/B testing, surveys) research methods.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Good to Have:
- Experience working in agile product development teams.
- Interest and comfort working in financial services or complex domains.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
