Job Description

Virtual Emily Staffing is a US-based remote executive staffing company serving 250+ companies across 20+ industries. We're expanding into the Philippines — and we're building an AI-native demand generation engine to fuel that growth. This seat is the engine.

We are looking for a Part Time CRM Specialist. You will own our end-to-end demand generation funnel: paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, outbound sequences on LinkedIn and email, landing pages, creative, copy, and the Power BI reporting layer that tells us what's working. You'll be measured on MQLs, SQLs, CTR, CPL, and deliverability — the numbers that matter.

Responsibilities:

•   Paid campaign management — Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager. Own CTR, CPL, and budget pacing. Run structured A/B tests on audience, creative, and offer.

•   Outbound sequences — Build and run LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach (target: 15–25% connection rate, 5–10% reply rate) and email campaigns in GoHighLevel / Instantly / Lemlist / Apollo (target: >80% deliverability, >25% open rate).

•   Landing pages, content & creative — Build conversion-focused landing pages in GHL funnels or Webflow. Write ad, email, and LP copy. Design creative in Figma and Canva. Activate our existing blog/content library for SEO and inbound.

•   MQL → SQL qualification — Feed 50+ MQLs/month into GoHighLevel with correct lifecycle stages, scoring, and source attribution. Maintain a 25% MQL-to-SQL conversion bar. Hand off SQLs to the Sales Assistant (Colombia) with full context.

•   Intelligence & reporting — Build and maintain Power BI dashboards consolidating all funnel KPIs by day 90. Deliver weekly campaign performance updates and monthly ROI reports. Identify the top 3 SQL channels each quarter.

•   AI automation (horizontal) — Use Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, and Make.com to accelerate every pillar above. Document every workflow as a reusable SOP. Reduce manual hours by ≥70% within 90 days.

•   Philippines market seeding — Build our initial PH TAM database and test PH-specific outbound sequences. Support Virtual Emily's expansion of talent sourcing into the Philippines market.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2–4 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing

•   Claude (Web, Code, API) — show us a Claude Project or workflow you've built

•   ChatGPT (Plus + Custom GPTs) — show us a GPT you've created

•   LinkedIn Campaign Manager — hands-on, with campaigns shipped and measured

•   Meta Ads Manager — hands-on, with campaigns shipped and measured

•   LinkedIn Sales Navigator — outbound sequences, not just searches

•   Email marketing platforms (GoHighLevel, Instantly, Lemlist, or Apollo)

•   Landing page builders (GoHighLevel funnels, Webflow, or Unbounce)

•   Power BI — must have shipped live dashboards from real campaign data

•   Figma — portfolio link required (self-taught is fine)

•   Zapier or Make.com — must have built multi-step automated workflows

•   Copywriting in English (ad copy, email subject lines, LP hero copy) — samples required

•   Fluent English (C1+), written and verbal
