About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented US Talent Sourcer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a strong background in US recruitment. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of top talent across multiple roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates for US-based roles across various functions
- Manage high-volume hiring needs (20+ roles per month) with speed and accuracy
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Screen candidates and ensure alignment with role and company expectations
- Track and manage candidate activity within ATS and sourcing tools
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in US recruitment
- Demonstrated success handling high-volume hiring (20+ roles per month)
- Strong understanding of sourcing workflows and recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Open to feedback and coachable mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse (ATS)
- Exposure to campus recruitment strategies and programs
