What You'll Do:

·      Generate potential leads and contacts by making thorough research and mapping customer organization. 

·      Generate new business by initiating cold calls, set meetings/appointments or conference calls with potential customers. 

·      Manage at least 120 calls and 25-30 emails per day 

·      Business to Business experience an advantage 

·      Manage all customer meetings and conference calls both internal and external Including taking important and relevant information during every engagement and next steps. 

·      Other tasks/responsibilities that may be asked from time to time. 

 

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling, specifically targeting the US market.
  • Availability: Willingness to work the graveyard shift (US time zones, typically 8 PM - 5 AM / 9 PM - 6 AM local time).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software is a plus (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working independently during non-traditional hours and adapting to a remote or hybrid work setup if required.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Attitude: Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude toward rejection and challenges.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales within industries such as technology, telecommunications, or professional services.
  • Knowledge of US market trends, customer behavior, and cultural nuances.
  • Experience with email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, or other lead generation tools.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies to improve performance.
