Business Development Manager HR Solutions

WFH but with regular onsite client meetings & presentations

My client are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth process, team and convert inbound prospect leads into long-term clients.

This role is client-facing, responsible for engaging prospects generated through a proprietary & pioneering high-powered lead generation system and a dedicated lead generation team.

The position does not involve lead scraping or manual cold lead generation. The primary focus is on utilizing lead qualification, engagement, relationship building and conversion into signed clients.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & optimization

Own all inbound leads from web applications and lead generation specialists

Ensure timely and professional outreach via email and LinkedIn

Write personalized manual outreach emails

Manage automated email campaigns using ActiveCampaign

Ensure consistent follow-ups and zero lead leakage

Ensure quality and relevance of leads produced by the lead generation team

Segment leads by location, industry, and company profile

Use AI tools to clean, enrich, and optimize lead lists

Provide continuous feedback to lead generation specialists

B2B Sales & Client Engagement

Conduct discovery calls with prospects

Present innovative and new age services relating to employer branding, HR & corporate service solutions

Act as a trusted advisor to HR leaders

Convert qualified prospects into paying clients

Build long-term relationships with HR Managers, Directors, and senior stakeholders

Maintain engagement with warm prospects

Represent the business professionally in meetings and calls

Manage the full sales pipeline from lead to close

Track conversion rates and pipeline movement

Maintain accurate CRM records

Identify and improve funnel performance

Team Management

Manage and guide Lead Generation Specialists

Set expectations for quality and output

Align lead generation activity with revenue targets

Required Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales, growth, or business development

Experience in B2B services & solutions selling (not products)

Background in industries such as HR services, payroll services, employer branding, recruitment, or corporate services preferred

Strong existing network of HR leaders in the Philippines (required)

Experience managing sales funnels and CRM systems

Preferred user experience with ActiveCampaign and email automation [not essential]

Strong organization, follow-up discipline, attention to detail, Confident communicator with strong presentation skills

Numbers-driven and commercially focused
