About The Role

Qualifications
- Active USRN License (required)
- At least 2 years hospital experience
- With medical records experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and documentation skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze medical records for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and guidelines
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals for case reviews
- Provide accurate documentation and reporting
- Support clinical and administrative healthcare processes
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: PHP 70,000 and above
