The Sales Support Analyst provides operational and administrative support to the sales organization, ensuring efficient coordination of proposals, documentation, and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist sales teams in preparing proposals, presentations, and client documentation.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline data in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information for proposals.
- Ensure timely processing of sales documentation and approvals.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Support onboarding of new deals and transition to delivery teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 23 years of experience in sales operations or administrative support.
