Job Description

The Sales Support Analyst provides operational and administrative support to the sales organization, ensuring efficient coordination of proposals, documentation, and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist sales teams in preparing proposals, presentations, and client documentation.
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline data in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information for proposals.
  • Ensure timely processing of sales documentation and approvals.
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare reports.
  • Support onboarding of new deals and transition to delivery teams.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 23 years of experience in sales operations or administrative support.
