Job Title: Technical Recruiter (US Market – Construction/Industrial)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for the US market, specifically within the construction, engineering, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing highly skilled technical talent, and partnering with hiring managers to fill critical roles efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based technical and industrial roles, from intake to offer acceptance
- Source and attract top talent through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen and assess candidates for technical, cultural, and role fit
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring manager feedback
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and market challenges
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely updates in ATS/CRM systems
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of recruitment experience focused on the US market
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding support)
- Background recruiting for engineering, construction, manufacturing, industrial, or technical roles
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and talent mapping techniques
- Experience hiring roles such as:
- Project Managers
- Civil Engineers
- Mechanical Engineers
- Electrical Engineers
- Estimators
- Superintendents
- Safety Managers
- Field Engineers
- Operations/Plant roles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting staffing agencies, RPO, or high-volume technical hiring
- Experience with US employment standards and hiring practices
