Job Description

Job Title: Technical Recruiter (US Market – Construction/Industrial)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for the US market, specifically within the construction, engineering, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing highly skilled technical talent, and partnering with hiring managers to fill critical roles efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based technical and industrial roles, from intake to offer acceptance
  • Source and attract top talent through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical, cultural, and role fit
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring manager feedback
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and market challenges
  • Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely updates in ATS/CRM systems
  • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–5 years of recruitment experience focused on the US market
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, onboarding support)
  • Background recruiting for engineering, construction, manufacturing, industrial, or technical roles
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and talent mapping techniques
  • Experience hiring roles such as:
  • Project Managers
  • Civil Engineers
  • Mechanical Engineers
  • Electrical Engineers
  • Estimators
  • Superintendents
  • Safety Managers
  • Field Engineers
  • Operations/Plant roles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting staffing agencies, RPO, or high-volume technical hiring
  • Experience with US employment standards and hiring practices
