We are looking for a hands-on Commercial / BD Executive who can drive client acquisition while directly supporting recruitment delivery. This role requires a hybrid profile; someone who can close clients, understand hiring needs, and execute initial recruitment stages including sourcing coordination, resume screening, and candidate management.
This is ideal for someone comfortable operating in a lean structure where speed, ownership, and accountability are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Revenue Generation
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients across target industries (e.g., Fintech, IT, E-commerce, Finance).
- Conduct outbound prospecting.
- Lead client meetings to understand hiring requirements, timelines, and success metrics.
- Develop and present tailored headhunting / recruitment proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Account Management & Requirement Scoping
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Translate client requirements into clear candidate briefs (role, competencies, culture fit).
- Set expectations on delivery timelines, candidate quality, and process flow.
- Ensure strong client experience and repeat business.
- Recruitment Execution (End-to-End Support)
- Conduct initial resume screening aligned with client requirements.
- Perform candidate outreach and follow-ups to ensure pipeline movement.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between clients and candidates.
- Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Provide basic candidate assessments and endorsements to clients.
Job Requirements
35 years of experience.
BPO industry background is a plus (or sales/BD exposure).
Strong execution mindset someone who can hit the ground running independently.
