Unlock Your Potential!

At TOA Global, we have a deep commitment to empowering individuals to excel in their enterprises, careers, and communities. Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines, supporting our global clients in the accounting industry.

As a US Junior Bookkeeper, you are at the starting line of a high-growth career in international accounting. This role is designed for a motivated individual-whether a fresh graduate or someone with foundational experience-who is eager to master the US accounting landscape. You will be trained to handle the financial heartbeat of North American businesses, ensuring their records are pristine and their payroll is seamless.

Your Impact

  • Guardian of the General Ledger: Maintain accurate and timely bookkeeping for multiple client entities. Using QuickBooks Online and Desktop, you will record and reconcile bank, credit card, and loan transactions, ensuring that every dollar is accounted for.

  • Payroll Processing Specialist: Take ownership of the payroll lifecycle for diverse clients. From employee setup and active pay runs to posting post-payroll journal entries, you will ensure that the most sensitive part of a business-its people-is handled with care and precision.

  • Architect of Financial Clarity: Prepare and review foundational financial reports, including P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and General Ledgers. You will post journal entries that align financial statements with client records, providing the transparency needed for business success.

  • Collaborative Documenter: Maintain organized digital work papers and documentation for all assigned clients. You will communicate proactively with your team to clarify entries and discrepancies, ensuring that client-specific workflows are followed to the letter.

What You Bring

  • The Foundation:0-1 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll is preferred, but we are open to high-potential candidates ready to learn. An understanding of general accounting principles and payroll processes is a significant advantage.

  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (or a strong aptitude to learn modern accounting software quickly). You possess the digital literacy required to manage cloud-based workflows.

  • The Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. You are an independent worker with excellent written and verbal communication skills who can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Why You'll Love It Here

We believe in rewarding high achievers with a work environment that fuels both professional growth and personal well-being.

  • Fast-Track Learning: Gain immediate exposure to US-standard accounting practices and the North American market, building a specialized skill set from day one.

  • Health & Security: Comprehensive HMO and Life Insurance coverage from your first day.

  • Wealth & Growth: Competitive salary with annual performance reviews, tenure recognition, and a clear roadmap to Intermediate and Senior Bookkeeper roles.

  • The Hub Experience: Work from a modern facility featuring a breakout room with billiards, table tennis, or foosball-perfect for recharging during your shift.

  • Fuel Your Night: Enjoy access to over 20 varieties of free coffee and chocolate drinks at our in-house bar to keep you sharp and energized throughout the US business day.
