  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Act as the final line of defense for accuracy. You will conduct regular quality reviews and implement control measures to ensure every deliverable meets US regulatory requirements and our own high industry standards.

  • Client Success Collaboration: Work closely with Client Success Managers to maintain strong, high-trust relationships. You will address complex client concerns promptly, collaborating across the team to deliver exceptional service that exceeds expectations.

  • Process Innovation: Identify opportunities to leverage technology and streamline operations. By monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), you will assess productivity and implement best practices that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

  • Insightful Reporting: Maintain accurate records of team activities and service outcomes. You will prepare regular reports on performance metrics and client satisfaction, documenting success stories and lessons learned to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • The Experience:5-7+ years of proven experience in US bookkeeping, payroll, or sales tax preparation. You have a solid track record of managing a team, with the ability to lead effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.

  • Technical Mastery: A strong understanding of US accounting principles and sales tax regulations. Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, Avalara, and ADP is highly preferred.

  • The Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
