Specific Job title/Position: APM (Associate Process Manager) Payroll
(TL level)
- Graduate of Bachelors Degree
- Willing to work FULLY ONSITE in Alabang, Muntinlupa
- Amenable to work on a any shift assigned: most likely night shift
- At least 3 years of payroll experience, with at least 1 year in TL level/ leading a team
- Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, statutory contributions, and labor laws.
- Experience handling large employee populations (preferably BPO/shared services).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capability.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills
