This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: HR Business Partner Manager
We are looking for a strategic and people-centric HR Business Partner Manager to serve as a vital link between our human capital strategy and business objectives. In this role, you won't just do HR-you will act as a consultant, coach, and strategist for our leadership teams, ensuring our people are empowered to deliver their best work.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Advisory: Act as a dedicated consultant to line management, providing expert guidance on organizational design, career development, and performance management.
Change Management and Transformation:Lead organizational transformations and changes, including mergers and acquisitions, and small to large-scale culture shifts. Guide teams through ambiguity and organizational restructuring.
Employee Relations & Advocacy:Lead and resolve complex employee relations cases. You will be responsible for conducting thorough, objective investigations that uphold our values and legal standards. Through proper organizational discipline, proactively build a culture that prevents such cases from occurring in the first place
Data-Driven Solutions:Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to analyze trends and metrics. You will transform data into actionable solutions, programs, and policies that improve retention and engagement.
Operational Excellence:Maintain an expert-level pulse on labor laws and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk. You will collaborate closely with Legal partners to ensure seamless compliance.
Performance Coaching: Provide day-to-day coaching and counseling to managers, helping them navigate disciplinary actions and high-level talent development.
Talent Strategy & Succession Planning:Develop and/or implement robust succession plans and identify High Potential (HiPo) talent/s to ensure long-term business continuity.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
Tenure: 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, specifically within HR Generalist and Organizational Development (OD) functions.
Labor Relations Expertise:Extensive experience navigating complex labor relations and compliance landscapes.
Scale: Proven track record of managing a headcount of at least 500+ FTEs.
Systems Fluency:Deep familiarity with Workday (or similar HRIS), payroll processes, and timekeeping software.
Education: Bachelor's degree required a Post-Graduate Diploma or Master's Degree is highly preferred.
Desired Qualifications:
Influence & Communication:Ability to articulate complex HR strategies to diverse stakeholders and executive leadership.
Adaptability:Comfortable working a Night Shift schedule to align with global business units.
Work Setup:Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (10-11 days per month on-site at our Cubao or Ortigas offices).
