ROLE OVERVIEW

Embark on a challenging and rewarding career as an Accountant, where you will manage a diverse range of financial responsibilities for multiple clients. Your role will involve tackling tasks in accounts payable, receivable, inventory management, payroll, and more, ensuring a seamless execution of financial operations. You will work remotely, collaborating effectively with a team and leveraging your analytical skills and technical proficiency to deliver accurate and timely results. In this position, adaptability and a penchant for solving technical accounting issues with minimal supervision will be key.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• 3+ years of experience performing full-charge bookkeeping.
• Extensive experience using QuickBooks and/or NetSuite Software.
• Proven ability to manage books on both cash and accrual basis.

• Demonstrated ability to interpret and resolve technical accounting issues independently.
• Confident in delivering financial analysis and producing comprehensive reports.

Responsibilities

Financial Management

Oversee the financial activities of multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain client books on cash and accrual basis.
• Conduct bank and credit card downloads and reconciliations.
• Record and manage accounts receivable and payable processes.

Inventory & Asset Management

Ensure precision in managing client assets and inventory.

• Handle inventory and fixed asset management tasks.
• Record and maintain financing transactions like loans and investments.

Payroll & Tax Compliance

Administer payroll and tax processes efficiently.

• Process payroll and handle quarterly and annual reports.
• Prepare and calculate tax forms and payments.

Reporting & Analysis

Deliver insightful financial reporting and analysis to aid decision-making.

• Complete monthly close processes and provide financial analysis.
• Produce QuickBooks financial reports and budget comparisons.
