You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have
- 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience supporting U.S.-based clients
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
- Solid understanding of month-end close, reconciliations, and AR/AP processes
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts with strict deadlines
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Willingness to work either Mid Shift or Night Shift aligned with U.S. business hours
