Role Description The Unit Manager is a full-time role responsible for recruiting, leading, developing, and managing a team of financial advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and productivity targets. This is a hybrid position based in Makati, with a blend of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. Daily responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding advisors, coaching and mentoring team members, and monitoring performance to ensure alignment with business goals. The Unit Manager plans and executes sales and marketing activities, conducts regular team meetings and training sessions, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves building strong client relationships, supporting advisors in client engagements, and reporting unit performance to senior management.

• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including coaching, performance monitoring, and talent development.
• Strong sales and business development capabilities, with experience in setting targets, creating strategies, and driving team results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement, stakeholder coordination, and collaboration across teams.
• Organizational, planning, and analytical skills to manage multiple priorities, review performance metrics, and make data-informed decisions.
• Background in insurance, financial services, banking, or related fields is highly beneficial; prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is an advantage.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements in Makati, including use of digital tools for remote collaboration and reporting.
