Agency Unit Manager

Qualifications:

• With at least 2 years experience of leading a diverse team
• Enjoys flexibility, productivity at his own pace, and interacting with people
• Enjoys extending after-sales service
• Preferably a life/financial consultant

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of at least 5 Health Benefit Consultants (HBCs)
• Recruit, activate and supervise HBCs
• Achieve the annual target of the unit
