We are hiring a UK Culture Coach for a UK Financial Collections account based in Quezon City.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in HR, organizational development, culture-building, coaching, or employee engagement within a BPO or customer experience environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, mandatory
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, organizational development, culture, coaching, or employee engagement roles
- Experience in a BPO, shared services, or CX environment is preferred
- Exposure to financial services or collections accounts is an advantage
- Certifications in diversity, equity and inclusion, cultural competency, or related areas are an advantage
- Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Must be willing to work onsite at Eton Centris, Quezon City
- Must be open to shifting schedules aligned to UK time
- Stable work history required
- Must not be a present or former employee of the client
Key Responsibilities:
- Support culture-building initiatives for a UK Financial Collections account
- Drive employee engagement, coaching, and workplace culture programs aligned with account needs
- Partner with operations and support leaders to strengthen team culture, behaviors, and performance
- Facilitate coaching sessions, culture interventions, and engagement activities
- Help reinforce account values, collaboration, inclusion, and employee experience
- Work closely with HR and operations stakeholders to identify opportunities for team effectiveness and culture improvement
