Job Description

Position: Training and Organization Development (OD) Manager

Location: Quezon City or San Pedro, Laguna

Job Summary

The Training and OD Manager is responsible for managing Training and Organization Development, as well as Strategic and Corporate Communications, within company policies, government regulations, and operational budget. The role aims to develop and maximize company assets while retaining efficient and engaged team members committed to serving both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs and OD initiatives.
  • Oversee strategic and corporate communications to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and budgetary requirements.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention through effective training and development strategies.
  • Partner with management to identify organizational needs and recommend solutions.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Human Resources course.
  • At least 78 years of related HR experience, with specialization in Organization Development.
  • Minimum of 23 years experience in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong background in training, OD, and corporate communications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Location

  • Assigned in either Quezon City or San Pedro, Laguna.
