Key Responsibilities
● Translate business and user requirements in collaboration with the stakeholders and
product owners, into customer journeys and user experience flows
● Translate high-level objectives from both users and business into high-fidelity design for
web and mobile platforms

● Participate in user research activities and usability testing, and apply user feedback to
refine designs
● Design the full end-to-end service experience, in collaboration with the user experience
champions and different stakeholders as needed
○ Mapping of customer journeys

○ Journey maps
○ Service blueprints
● Employ design principles to develop user flows and prototypes, iterating quickly based
on user needs, data, and internal feedback
● Advocate for interaction design best practices by designing intuitive, culturally
appropriate interfaces that promote consistency, accessibility, and reduce cognitive load
through clear, recognizable UI mock-ups
● Contribute to the ideation of visual design concepts, and collaborate with developers to
ensure accurate implementation and visual testing aligned with original UI/UX
specifications
● Collaborate with marketing and product groups to ensure collection and completion of
assets (images, thumbnails, copywrite)
● Establish and maintain design system and UI guidelines
● Define UX standards for journeys, usability, and accessibility
Qualifications
● 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design or similar roles
● Degree in Design, Information Technology, Computer Science, Human-Computer
Interaction (HCI), or related fields
● Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and UI execution and design
● Understanding of design systems, wireframing, prototyping
● Knowledgeable in User Experience Design principles
● Understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles (WCAG/APCA)
● Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, or similar
● Knowledgeable in technical content writing
● Familiarity with user research, usability testing, and A/B testing
● Familiarity with front-end frameworks (HTML/CSS, React, etc.) is a bonus
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills
