Were looking for a Web and Graphic UI/UX Designer to work hands-on across our web experience - combining UX thinking, high-quality visual and image creation, and a strong focus on conversion. Youll be the primary designer across our marketing surfaces: landing pages, product pages, emails, campaigns, and ongoing site evolution, as well as supporting touchpoints like email and key in-product flows.
This is a highly hands-on role. Youll take work from concept to production independently - including structure, layout, visual design, and creating the imagery and assets needed to deliver polished, high-performing pages.
Key Responsibilities
- Own design for the full marketing site: landing pages, product pages, campaign pages, and ongoing site evolution
- Take landing pages end-to-end: UX architecture, wireframes, visual design, typography, creation of all visual assets, and final polish
- Partner with performance marketing to design, launch, and iterate on A/B tests that move conversion
- Design email and marketing creative (lifecycle, promotional, acquisition) with consistent brand voice
- Contribute to in-product design where it intersects with marketing, onboarding, or brand
- Work data-first - back design choices with real user behavior and test results
- Maintain and evolve the design system, component library, and brand visual language
- Deliver clean, well-documented Figma handoff and partner closely with Dev team
Core Requirements
- 3+ years in product, web, or UX/UI design with strong visual skills
- Advanced in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems)
- Portfolio with at least 2 end-to-end landing pages (wireframe to final)
- Strong English communication skills
- Background in e-commerce or DTC sites
- Basic motion/micro-interaction skills (e.g., Figma Smart Animate, Rive, After Effects)
- Experience with generative AI for asset creation
- Strong brand and visual design (imagery, layout, typography, icons)
- Able to design independently and make confident visual decisions
