The Treasury Lead is responsible for overseeing treasury operations, ensuring the accurate validation and processing of payables, and managing the release of payments to suppliers. This role includes supervising project cashiers and treasury staff, monitoring cash flows, and preparing financial reports. The Treasury Lead will also participate in internal discussions related to payables and ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
Responsibilities
- Validate processed payables, including manual checks, check cutting, ACA, LOI, and MC transactions.
- Oversee the weekly check release process, ensuring accurate reporting and coordination with various business units.
- Monitor cashiers at both head office and project sites to ensure compliance with financial procedures.
- Address internal queries regarding payables and participate in related meetings.
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports
- Supervise and manage the treasury team ensuring efficient operations and staff development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of treasury or financial operations experience, with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in treasury systems, bank platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
