Position Summary
We are looking for a Financial Accountant (CPA) with a solid foundation in financial reporting and general accounting. This role is ideal for professionals with around 5 years of experience who are looking to further strengthen their expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Candidates from any industry are welcome — whether from audit, corporate, manufacturing, or shared services — as long as you bring strong accounting fundamentals and a willingness to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare month-end closing journal entries and supporting schedules
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Handle intercompany reconciliations and settlements
- Assist in the preparation of cash flow forecasts
- Generate monthly financial reports and analysis as required
- Review, validate, and record financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards and company policies
- Maintain accurate books of accounts for assigned entities
- Support external audit requirements and coordinate with auditors as needed
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting or general accounting
- Experience in month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting in a mid-level capacity
- Open to candidates from any industry (BPO experience not required)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Experience in audit is an advantage but not required
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Fast learner with a continuous improvement mindset
Work Schedule and Setup
Hybrid work arrangement: 5x/month onsite (Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City)
Work schedule: Dayshift, fixed weekends off
