Travel Consultant

Role Description

We are looking for a Travel Agent with GDS experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in using Global Distribution Systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo for booking and managing travel reservations.

• Handle flight, hotel, and car rental bookings using a GDS platform
• Process reservation changes, cancellations, and rebookings
• Provide accurate fare quotes, itineraries, and travel options
• Assist customers with inquiries and travel-related concerns
• Ensure all bookings follow company policies and travel guidelines
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
