Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Makati for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will provide end-to-end travel support, including handling inquiries, offering basic travel guidance, and assisting with bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and ground arrangements. Daily responsibilities include corresponding with clients, creating personalized travel itineraries, managing reservations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires providing top-notch customer service and staying updated on travel trends, policies, and capacity to deliver the best travel solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ABACUS or other GDS is a must. Able to research, book, and manage travel reservations.
• We welcome candidates with experience in a Non-IATA agency
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Excellend customer service skills.
• Knowledge of international travel requirements, including visas and regulations, is an advantage
• College graduate is a plus but not a strcit requirement. At least college level pursuing a degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field.
