Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Amenable to work onsite at our Eastwood site, Quezon City
  • Overall work experience of minimum 6 yrs. with minimum 4 yrs. experience in Training
  • Experience in training automation/digitalization is preferred
  • Solid understanding of and experience in Property and Casualty Insurance.
  • Knowledge & experience of Six Sigma, Agile methodology & demonstrate a digital mindset is preferred

Job Description:

  • Develop and lead a team of highly competent Trainers, delivering the best of training experience to the Account(s).
  • Drive Training efficiency and effectiveness for the Account, through the Training Metrics.
  • Plan, execute and monitor all training & development interventions to enhance team and operational excellence.
  • Design end‑to‑end training curricula for P&C insurance roles (e.g., customer service, claims, underwriting support, sales support).
  • Develop instructor‑led training (ILT), virtual, and self‑paced learning materials.
  • Translate complex P&C insurance concepts into clear, learner‑friendly content
  • Ensure training materials remain accurate and up to date with changes in products, processes, and regulations.
