Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver training to both new and existing employees

  • Facilitate induction sessions with new employees through coordination with required participants in the organization and third-party vendors.
  • Work with operations in developing learning materials to be used during process training.
  • Observe and evaluate training sessions of SMEs using the prescribed training evaluation form.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to SMEs on training facilitation, presentation, and class management.

Develop learning materials for process training and ad-hoc initiatives to address performance gaps

  • Develop learning objectives that are tied to the goals and objectives of operations.
  • Develop learning materials based on the adult learning principles, audience demographics, and other learning needs.

Conduct Training Needs Analyses to diagnose the cause of performance issues

  • Organize FGDs, develop surveys, and other means to collect data and report back the findings to operations.
  • Work with operations in developing customized solutions to address competency gaps that contribute to unsatisfactory performance.

Evaluate success of Learning Program

  • Develop and administer learning surveys pre and post-training (30,60,90)
  • Track and maintain data for future learning intelligence

Review and Redesign of Training Curriculum HR Lead

  • Yearly and on-demand review of training curricula to ensure relevance of content to the most immediate needs of operations.

Provide floor support and guidance to SMEs during live certification

  • Partner with SMEs during live certification in providing floor support.
  • Participate during pre and post shift huddles to identify learning opportunities/gaps.

Identify and develop non-formal (social/experiential) learning initiatives that result to performance improvement/employee development

  • Leverage technology in developing avenues for social and experiential learning
  • Collaborate with operations partners, regional counterparts, and external practitioners to be on top of the latest trends in learning and apply what is available and relevant in the organization.

Conduct Train-the Trainer sessions for SMEs

  • Deliver training to SMEs on Training Facilitation, Presentation, and Classroom Management

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree or a graduate any four-year course
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in process and soft skills training
  • Adept with the application of adult learning principles in addressing learning opportunities
  • Able to work independently across a broad range of activities
  • Experience in the insurance or financial industry is highly preferred
  • Has experience in coaching for performance and training needs analysis
  • Highly adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative and analytical with the ability to learn and train multiple processes
  • A can-do attitude to respond to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment
  • A solid sense of accountability and results orientation with the ability to thrive in challenging situations
  • Able to work well in a team or independently with minimal supervision
