Sunpride Foods, Inc. is seeking a skilled and passionate
Training Specialist to join our team in Pakna-an Mandaue City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in developing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assess training needs across the organization and design tailored training programs to address skill gaps
- Develop engaging and informative training content, including presentations, workshops, and e-learning modules
- Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge and skills
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and curate high-quality training materials
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs, making continuous improvements to enhance their effectiveness
- Maintain training records and documentation to support organizational learning and development initiatives
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
- Experience in Training Module Development and Design, learning facilitation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, interpersonal and analytical
- Knowledge with editing platforms (Canva, adobe, capcut etc.)
- Willing to travel outside Cebu
