Job Description

  • Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees, focusing on product and process knowledge, customer service skills, and compliance.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions
  • Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, to support various learning styles.
  • Facilitate training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques, such as role-playing, simulations, and group discussion
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and management to ensure training aligns with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees post-training to reinforce learning and improve performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree of any course or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role, preferably in a BPO or customer service environment. FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME
  • strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using training software and tools (e.g., LMS, e-learning platforms, Google and/or excel).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
