Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees, focusing on product and process knowledge, customer service skills, and compliance.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions
Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules, to support various learning styles.
Facilitate training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques, such as role-playing, simulations, and group discussion
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with team leaders and management to ensure training aligns with business objectives and operational needs.
Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees post-training to reinforce learning and improve performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve training programs.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree of any course or a related field.
Proven experience as a Training Specialist or similar role, preferably in a BPO or customer service environment. FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME
strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Proficient in using training software and tools (e.g., LMS, e-learning platforms, Google and/or excel).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt training methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
