The Training Supervisor leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of sales training programs, ensuring that sales teams and partners are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to meet and exceed performance targets. This role also oversees training operations and provides guidance to trainers or facilitators to maintain high-quality learning delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee sales training programs, modules, and learning materials
- Facilitate and supervise training sessions for sellers, partners, and new hires
- Manage training schedules, logistics, and participant coordination
- Monitor training progress, evaluate effectiveness, and measure learning outcomes
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to trainers and participants
- Ensure consistency and quality standards across all training activities
- Analyze training needs and recommend improvements to training strategies
- Prepare and present training reports, insights, and documentation to management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field
- At least 2–4 years of experience in training, sales, or coaching roles
- Experience in supervising or leading training teams is an advantage
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple training programs and priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
