The Training Supervisor leads the planning, development, and execution of sales training programs to drive performance, productivity, and capability-building across sales teams and partners. This role oversees training operations, supervises training associates, and ensures that all learning initiatives are aligned with sales strategies and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee the design, development, and delivery of sales training programs, modules, and materials
- Lead the facilitation of project knowledge and continuous development training for sales teams and partners
- Manage training schedules, logistics, and resources to ensure smooth and effective execution of all training initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using performance metrics, feedback, and assessments
- Ensure all training materials, sales kits, and tools are accurate, updated, and aligned with current sales strategies
- Provide coaching and guidance to training associates or facilitators to maintain high standards of delivery
- Coordinate with sales leaders and stakeholders to align training programs with business goals and field requirements
- Oversee attendance tracking, documentation, and reporting of all training activities
- Prepare and present reports on training outcomes, team performance, and development initiatives to management
- Lead and support training events, workshops, and large-scale learning sessions
- Continuously improve training processes, methodologies, and content based on feedback and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Human Resources, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in training, sales, or learning and development roles
- Preferably have experience working in a Real Estate company
- Proven experience in managing a team of at least 2 or more people
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Strong background in sales (Real Estate or similar industry)
- Proven experience in facilitating training programs and managing training operations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Advanced organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and training tools/platforms
- Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and performance gaps
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
