Your Role
We are building a Technical Enablement team from the ground up to serve engineers across our organization. As our Training Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone that keeps all our training programs running smoothly.
You'll manage logistics, coordinate schedules, support our trainers, and ensure every training session and Academy internship cohorts executes flawlessly. This is a high-impact operational role where your organizational excellence directly enables our team's success.
- Manage training schedules and all logistics
- Coordinate with HR and L&D teams on internship hiring timelines and processes
- Support trainers with cohort logistics (onboarding schedules, cohort communications, equipment needs)
- Track and manage training requests and backlog
- Distribute and collect post-training surveys (trainers analyze the results)
- Maintain shared team calendar and planning cycles
- Track program completion rates and attendance
- Create simple status reports and dashboards
- Manage documentation repositories
- Handle escalations and issue tracking
- Execute on community activities (schedule sessions, send communications, maintain Slack channels)
Your Qualifications
Program Coordination & Operations:
- 2+ years in program coordination, operations, or administrative roles
- Experience managing complex schedules and multi-stakeholder logistics
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, or training programs
- Process-minded (can create and follow documented workflows)
- Detail-oriented without losing sight of bigger picture
Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional email and stakeholder communication
- Comfortable working with diverse teams (HR, L&D, engineering managers, trainers)
- Proactive communication style (keeps people informed before they need to ask)
Tools & Technology:
- Proficiency with calendar systems (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.)
- Comfortable with collaboration tools (MS Teams, MS Sharepoint)
- Basic spreadsheet skills (tracking attendance, completion rates)
- Ability to learn new tools quickly (LMS platforms, documentation systems)
Plus points if you have:
- Experience with corporate training programs or learning & development teams
- Background coordinating internship or apprenticeship programs
- Familiarity with engineering or technical environments
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Background in HR program coordination or employee development
- Project management experience or certification
- Experience with survey tools (Google Forms, MS Forms, SurveyMonkey, etc.)
- Experience supporting communities of practice or knowledge-sharing initiatives
